How do I get the Pho Hoa App?
Does the app work at all Pho Hoa locations?
No, the app and rewards system is only valid at participating locations. Currently, the app is not available for our Canada locations. To see the rewards program for Canada please go to our Canadian Rewards Program page.
How do I earn points?
Simply download the app and order! You can order directly through the app or when you order at the restaurant, scan your rewards app at the register. For every dollar you spend, you'll earn 1 point.
How do I spend my rewards?
At each reward increment, you'll get a message in your inbox. This message will tell you which reward you can redeem with your current point amount. In the app, simply order the item you want to redeem and click "Apply Offers' when checking out. If you're ordering at the store, just speak to an employee and they will be able to look up your offer.
What rewards can I get for my points?
With our new rewards program, get a free roll for 50 points, a free drink (up to $6) for 150 points, a free regular size Pho (up to $13) for 250 points.
Can I redeem multiple rewards in one order?
Unfortunately, you can only use one reward per order.
I paid for my orders and forgot to have my app scanned. Can I still get my points?
No, you must scan your rewards app, order through the app, or order through our online website to receive your points.
I don’t have the app, can I receive loyalty points?
Yes, but you have to have a loyalty account with us. You can create your account via our online website, the app or at any participating Pho Hoa location.
How long do my points last?
Points earned will expire after 12 months from the time you earned them. We will do our best to remind you of expiration points.
Does the app round points up or down?
The app rounds points up! If you spend $0.50 it will round up to 1 point.
I didn’t receive any points when I made a purchase. Why?
Points may take up to 24 hours to be added to your account.
Can I have multiple accounts?
Yes, but to maximize your rewards, we recommend that you have one account.
Can I transfer points between my accounts?
No, you can't transfer points between accounts.
I purchased through a third-party vendor or delivery service, will I still receive my points?
No, you must order through the app or online via our website either pickup or delivery to receive rewards points.
Will my old gift cards still work?
Yes! All gift cards will work on the new system.
